We will be making the following changes to our usual class schedule over Labor Day Weekend.

Saturday, August 30th

All classes are cancelled EXCEPT:

• Level 2 class at 10am and 12 noon
• Level 1 class at 11am

Sunday, August 31st

All classes are cancelled EXCEPT:

• Level 2 class at 10am
• Level 1 class at 11am
• Lifters who would need to complete assigned programming may do so quietly on the platforms at the back from 10am-noon

Monday, September 1st

All classes are cancelled EXCEPT:

• Special Labor Day Level 1 / Level 2 combo class at 11am
• Lifters who would need to complete assigned programming may do so quietly on the platforms at the back from 11am-noon.
