More Classes!
We heard you when you said that our evening classes have become somewhat crowded. In an effort to take some of the heat off the evening classes, we’re adding a bunch more classes in April.
New All Levels classes will be:
- 6:00AM Friday
- 9:00AM Tuesday
- 9:00AM Thursday
- 11:00AM Sunday
- 8:30PM Tuesday
- 8:30PM Friday
This fleshes out our 6AM schedule to Monday / Wednesday / Friday, our 8:30PM schedule to Monday / Tuesday / Thursday / Friday, and standardizes our weekend schedule to 10AM and 11AM both Saturday and Sunday. We will continue to offer Open Gym on Sunday from Noon-1PM.
We’re also starting a new, ongoing Olympic Weightlifting program that will meet:
- 7:00PM – 8:30PM Tuesday
- 7:00PM – 8:30PM Thursday
Note that this program is not designed to be attended on a drop-in basis: for best results, we recommend three months of consistent attendance. A minimum of one month is suggested.
* You can use your existing classes for all of the above – no special / added membership needed!
You wrote 6pm classes added on Friday, did you mean 6am?
Also, any chance of the Olympic program expending to mornings/afternoons?

And as regards the Oly program — not at the moment, no. Although you are very welcome to book some morning/afternoon privates with one of our fabulous coaches to work on your Olympic Weightlifting!
