Manage Membership

We use ZenPlanner to manage memberships. You can log into ZenPlanner via a web browser or through the ZenPlanner app on your phone (iOS or Android).

Update Payment Information

In the app: click on your profile picture in the upper left corner, then click “View Profile” under your profile picture, then select “Payment Methods”, then press the “Add payment account” button at the bottom.

View & Print Class Attendance Log

On the website: log in to ZenPlanner, then select “Attendance” from the links at the bottom of the page.

Sign An Outstanding Waiver or Contract

In the app: click on your profile picture in the upper left corner, then click “Notifications” in the menu, and follow the instructions there to sign any outstanding documents.

FAQs

The week starts on Monday and ends on Sunday; anyone who says the week starts on Sunday is nuts   But, our 3x/week membership is calculated as 13x/month, so you don’t have to worry about that! You can use your 13 classes at any time during your membership month.

End-of-membership-month holds are always allowed, and you can resume your membership any time.

Mid-membership-month (MMM) holds are only granted in the case of serious illness or injury.

Yes! We are pretty chill about this: you can cancel at the end of any billing month (contract memberships may be subject to a cancellation fee.)  

To ensure you won’t be charged, please make sure to submit your cancellation request at least 5 business days prior to your renewal date. Should you submit a cancellation request 1-5 days prior to your renewal date, you may be charged but we will refund your payment once your cancellation has been processed.

No there is not. We believe that everyone should be coming to class for a myriad of reasons: for starters, you’re less likely to bias yourself towards the things you’re good at; you’ll get some competition; and no matter how experienced you are, you still need coaching and you can still stand to work on the basics.  

However, you may engage in supplemental warm-up, skill practice and/or mobility in the 20 minutes before or after any class or private session, subject to the conditions found in our complete Membership Policies.

For space and safety reasons, please don’t if you can avoid it (but we still love you, dogs and kids!) If you can’t avoid it, please head over to our Dogs, Kids & Bikes Policies for more info.
