August 26-27th Weekend Schedule Changes
Please take note of the following class schedule changes over the weekend of August 26th-27th to accommodate the 4th Annual Brooklyn Barbell Open. Please join us in the park for a workout and stop by afterwards to support our weightlifting team!
Saturday August 26th
- We will run combined CrossFit Level 1 and 2 classes at 10am and 11am. Meet outside the gym – we’ll be walking over to the McCarren Park track with any equipment we might need!
- All other classes, including Olympic Weightlifting, the Level 1 Test Out, and Free Intro classes are cancelled. To schedule a test out or intro session this week, please e-mail [email protected].
Sunday August 27th
- We will run combined CrossFit Level 1 and 2 classes at 10am and 11am. Meet outside the gym – we’ll be walking over to the McCarren Park track with any equipment we might need!
- All other classes are cancelled.
