Ever thought of being a CrossFit coach?
We're kicking of a cycle of the Virtuosity Coaching Program in September!
This 10-week course is designed to teach you the fundamentals of breaking down and coaching the most common CrossFit movements, seeing and correcting movement faults, and structuring and running a fun and effective group class.
Dog Days Of Summer Schedule Changes
We’re making a few changes to our schedule starting August 14th.
➡️ Morning Foundations classes will be combined with All Levels classes from 8/14-8/28.
➡️ Morning Strength classes will be on hiatus beginning 8/18 (we will resume them on a date TBD.)
Align Your Spine
It’s always a great idea to think about the shape of your spine, since lots of movements require you to maintain a neutral spine position to protect your back.
➡️ What's neutral? It's the strongest and safest position for your spine to be in. Slight arch in your lower spine, a natural slight rounding in your upper spine and a slight arch in your neck.
Pull-Up Club
Wherever you’re starting from, you can achieve pull-ups! Building strength is rarely particularly fun or glamorous, and this is no exception. But if you show up regularly, and are willing to grind, you will see results.
We’ve put together this simple program to get you to your pull-up. You should be able to start this regardless of how strong you are currently.
