Our Drop-In Policy
In order to maintain an excellent experience for you and for our regular members, we ask that visitors attend classes appropriate to their CrossFit experience level.
Please match yourself up with one of the options below.
Free Intro
Everyone welcome – no CrossFit experience required!
CrossFit Level One
This is the class for you if any of the following are true:
You’ve participated in CrossFit for less than 6 months.
Over the last 6 months, you’ve attended CrossFit classes on average less than twice a week.
You do CrossFit by yourself or at an unaffiliated facility.
CrossFit Level Two
This is the class for you if all of the following are true:
You’ve been participating in CrossFit classes for 6 months or more.
Over the last 6 months, you’ve attended CrossFit classes on average more than twice a week.
You train at a CrossFit affiliate (i.e. not by yourself or at an unaffiliated facility.)
CrossFit Competitors
If you are a visiting Regionals or Games-level CrossFit athlete who would like to drop in, please e-mail us to make training arrangements at contact@crossfitvirtuosity.com.
First Class Free!
We offer all visiting CrossFit athletes their first class free of charge. Just our small way of giving back to the community.
How To Drop In
Figure out what class level is appropriate for you (see left.)
Find out when that class is happening (follow class schedule link below.)
Show up about 10 minutes prior to class to sign our waiver and get set up.
