We’re running in-person intro sessions in McCarren Park, and virtual intro sessions via Zoom video so that you can meet us, learn a little bit about our specific approach to fitness, try out a workout (if you’d like to!) and talk about membership options.
Existing CrossFit athletes are welcome to try out one of our regularly scheduled classes free: please fill out the intro request form on this page and we’ll get you set up to do that!
What To Bring
If you’re planning on trying out a workout, please wear athletic apparel (particularly pants with a little stretch to them that will allow you to squat!) If you’re coming to the park and it’s hot out, please bring a water bottle.
