Crossfit South Brooklyn will be hosting a Level 1 Crossfit Certification.  This will be the first Crossfit Certification held in in New York.  Do not miss it.  It will be huge!  Hats off to David Osorio for getting this together.  The dates are October 18 and 19.

Thanks a lot for the kind words, Keith! There is still a LOT of work to be done and i can't take all the credit for setting it up. There was at least one very influential person who helped get this thing rolling. I hope to see you there in October... If not sooner!
