Like the shirt says, "Nothing feels quite like a good snatch." If you want your snatch to feel really good, then you have to do the Crossfit Olympic Weightlifting Certification with Coach Mike Burgener.

I just returned from an awesome weekend in San Diego and cannot say enough good things about this certification. Coach Burgener is great and his coaching staff is top-notch. As always the Crossfit community was great. I hit a new PR on my snatch of 79kg.

You should come down for the Cert at Guerilla Fitness in Montclair, NJ. Oct. 4 & 5. I'll be assisting Coach B at that one. smilies/grin.gif
